Navi's leadership team brings decades of experience across telecom operations, data science, and technology — with a shared focus on building intelligence infrastructure that drives measurable results for our partners.

Steve is a successful entrepreneur and telecom investor with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Steve's first company was Cambridge Strategic Management Group, a 100-person consulting firm that advised telecom service providers around the world on a range of strategic and operational issues. After Cambridge, Steve founded Comlinkdata, a data analytics company that provided unique market and consumer insights to the telecom industry. At Navi, Steve is building on his track record of creating unique, high-quality, and mission-critical telecom data sets, enhanced by deep industry domain knowledge, to be the leading strategic partner for wireless and broadband operators throughout the US.

Patricio is a seasoned telecom executive with over 26 years of product and marketing experience. Throughout his career, Patricio has been trusted to lead mission-critical initiatives and has a proven track record of bringing new products and customer experience innovations to market. Patricio understands the consumers' experience from the service provider side having worked at US Cellular and Xfinity Mobile, and from the device manufacturer-side having worked at Samsung where he served as the Head of Marketing in the U.S. for its mobile business prior to starting Navi. Today, Patricio's mission is to apply his deep consumer insights and expertise to solving the most challenging problems telecom consumers and operators face every day.

Mark is a highly experienced technology executive with over 30 years on the technology side of the telecom industry. Mark started his career building product catalogs and billing systems at Kenan. He then went on to serve as CTO at Lavastorm where he designed and built analytic technologies that helped telecom operators around the world diagnose and fix many of their crucial operational processes. Prior to Navi, Mark served as Head of Product at Tamr where he developed cutting-edge data management capabilities leveraging machine learning to improve how fortune 500 companies use and manage their most valuable data. Today, Mark harnesses the vast and complex telecom data to provide intuitive, real-time, AI driven information that powers our solutions.

Mike is a telecom and technology leader with over 10 years of experience driving pricing strategy, product strategy, competitive intelligence, and advanced analytics. Mike has built and scaled data-driven functions that translate complex market dynamics into clear strategic action for telecom operators and SaaS providers. Prior to Navi, Mike held leadership roles at Toast and Breezeline. At both Toast and Breezeline, Mike led pricing strategy functions overseeing go-to-market pricing and promotional strategy. He also led analytics measuring realized performance net of promotions and sales discounts, managing towards ARPU and revenue targets. Earlier in his career at Altman Solon he advised leading telecom operators on pricing, go-to-market strategy and operational performance. Today, Mike leverages his pricing and base management expertise with Navi's unique data to help Navi's clients optimize pricing strategy and operationalize data-driven insights at scale.
